This three-week course is facilitated by Michael Brockett. Michael’s professional career spans over four decades as a Business Financing and Recovery Consultant. Following graduation from Missouri Southern State College in 1981, Michael launched his consulting practice and served as an Active Counseling Executive (ACE) with the United States Small Business Administration in Springfield, Missouri. As a consultant he assisted small businesses and banks in Southwest Missouri and Northeast Oklahoma with SBA loan originations and unsuccessful business loan mitigation and recovery.
In addition to his consulting practice Michael later managed a 20-million-dollar revolving business loan fund for the KEDORP Economic Development Corporation in Vinita, Oklahoma and was a consultant to a number of private investors and venture capital companies in Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
