Kelsey is a Business Consultant for the Missouri Small Business Development Center at Missouri Southern State University.  Kelsey holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Pittsburg State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with an emphasis in Intercultural Communication from Missouri Southern State University  

 

Kelsey provides business counseling in the areas of new business start-up assistance, workforce development, employee retention and acquisition, customer journey mapping, international business, business plan assistance and data analytics.
