Social media can be a great way to connect with your customers, but it's important to be aware of the risks that come with using social media. Pamela Hernandez, Regional Director for BBB – Springfield, will teach you how to be a safe and savvy social media user.
About the speaker: Pamela Hernandez, Regional Director for BBB in Springfield, is an Ozarks native and a graduate of Missouri State University. She spent 15 years in the financial services industry, working in both consumer banking and operations project management, before pivoting to a career as a personal trainer and health coach and a small business owner.
