In today's dynamic work environment, understanding and addressing mental health is essential for fostering a healthy and productive workplace. This training, led by Debbie Fitzgerald, is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, address, and support mental health issues in the workplace.
Debbie Fitzgerald holds a BA in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University. A MS in Psychology and an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Pittsburg State University. Debbie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors and holds American Association of Suicidology Crisis Worker Certification. She served as Program Manager for the FEMA Community Crisis Counseling Program grant, “Healing Joplin,” after the 2011 disaster and later with the “Show Me Hope,” flood response.
